Our packages are oversized and bulky, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Transit times may also be longer for regional and non-metro areas, as additional time is required for transfer through local delivery depots and networks.

📍 CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible as we can only do so from our end and without any additional cost if the parcel has not yet been dispatched (collected by the courier).
- Once the parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier, additional charges will apply to redirect the shipment. This fee covers the return of the parcel to the depot, reprocessing, and issuing a new shipping label for the updated address. You will need to make this payment prior to process the changes. Please allow 1-2 business days to organise this with the Courier.
- If the parcel has already been scanned as “On Board for Delivery”, the courier is unable to process any redirects or delivery changes, as the shipment is in its final stage of transit. In this case, any alternative delivery arrangements or redelivery costs will need to be organised at the customer’s own expense.

Due to the oversized and bulky nature of our products, Australia Post is unable to deliver most of our parcels as they exceed the maximum length threshold of 105cm.
🏠 IF YOU ARE NOT HOME / AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery.
If no one is home to sign:

The parcel will be taken to the nearest Depot or Collection Point (Pop Shop).

Please check your Tracking Link on next steps;- you may request for redelivery on another date, or location (at extra cost), or how to collect directly from the Depot/ Collection Point (Pop Shop)
Authority to Leave (ATL)
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification email from the courier when your parcel is onboard for delivery. Within this email, you will have the option to provide Authority to Leave (ATL).
If you choose to provide ATL:

The courier will leave the parcel at your door.

You acknowledge that insurance protection is waived if the parcel is lost or stolen.

Please only select this option if you are confident it is safe to do so.
If there are multiple failed delivery attempts and it is deemed unsafe to leave the parcel at the property, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse for security purposes.
If a parcel is returned to us:

A return freight surcharge will apply.

An additional redelivery fee will be required to resend the parcel.
📮 PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of our packages.
If you have entered a PO Box address, you must notify us immediately.
Orders are dispatched from 8:00am on the next business day. If the parcel has already been dispatched, it may be returned to our warehouse.
If the parcel is returned to us:

A return freight surcharge will apply.

An additional redelivery cost will be required to resend the parcel.
