DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA

Yes we can deliver Australia-wide.The delivery cost is calculated at checkout. If you can't find your city or town on the product page or at the checkout, contact us at hello@littlewiwa.com for a delivery quote. 

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking ID in your dedicated email address to track the progress of your delivery. 
Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Please note: we do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of the packaging. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently deliver to New Zealand, USA and some countries in Asia. Please email hello@littlewiwa.com to request for more info/ pricing at this stage.

Generös: 142cm x 20cm x 20cm, 6kg
Cirkulär (1.4m): 140cm x 20cm x 20cm, 3.5kg
Små: 103cm x 17cm x 17cm, 2.4kg


I HAVE JUST UNROLLED MY PLAY MAT FROM THE BOX. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RELAX AND SETTLE?

Once taken out from the box packaging, unroll it in the reverse direction to let it relax and settle and to release the minor creasing. Depending on how long the play mat has been rolled in the box, It can take up to a few days. Having heavy item/s laid on top of the ends will help but please make sure there are no sharp ends that may cause indentation.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN THE PLAY MAT?

Simply use soft soapy/ damp cloth to wipe it down. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents to avoid damage on the mat. Please refer to our Product Care Instructions.
 

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Little Wiwa prides on all our products and we offer 100% refund no questions asked. However, please note below conditions to all returns. Please contact us at hello@littlewiwa.com to arrange delivery of the product.

Please note the conditions below apply to all returns.

  • You must complete your return within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • If item has been used - we are unable to provide any refunds OR exchanges.
  • Cost of shipping of the returned and/or exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • For all returns, it is highly recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit to us.
  • Any refund amount will be less the original shipping cost. 
  • NO refund or exchanges will be offered on any SALE items.
  • All international sales are final.
  • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us ASAP upon opening your item on hello@littlewiwa.com

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund. Note: Little Wiwa reserves the right to reject returns if the above terms and conditions are not met.
