DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTIES TO YOUR PLAY MATS?
Little Wiwa offers a 6-month warranty on all of our play mats. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the seams only. If there's any manufacturing fault on the mat, we require you to notify us within 14 days of the fault occurring. If you have any issues with the product that you have received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, so we can arrange for a replacement.
WHAT DOESN'T THE WARRANTY COVER?
It does not cover normal wear, tear, discolouration or damage (such as pierces and holes) caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions. It also does not cover damage to packaging only.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
Absolutely we do! Little Wiwa prides on all our products and we offer 100% refund no questions asked. However, please note below conditions to all returns. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange delivery of the product.

- You must complete your return within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in their original condition & packaging.
- Refund will be provided of the original purchase price, less the return shipping cost.
- You are responsible for return delivery costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund. Note: Little Wiwa reserves the right to reject returns if the above terms and conditions are not met.
