RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please check your item(s) carefully and thoroughly upon receiving it. In the event that you there's a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
We can certainly offer a refund/ exchange within 7 days, as long as the product is unused and the packaging is in its original condition (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box).
If the mat has been used and/or has passed the 7 days period unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days period with ‘#ORDER NUMBER - RETURN' as the subject. Please state the following in the email:
- The full name on the order
- Original order number (#XXXX)
- The reason for your return*
- In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, please include photos.
- Return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box)
- Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) is not covered.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), please allow 24-48 hours for it to be inspected and we will notify you of the approval or decline of your item(s).
- In the case where a refund is requested you will be refunded in form of Store Credit.
Please note that Little Wiwa reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
As all our orders are dispatched from the warehouse the next business day, in the event of cancellation, shipping cost may not be refundable if the item(s) have been dispatched.
Please email email@example.com to let us know as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may not be able to retrieve the item(s) in time so the purchaser is responsible to organise and pay for the shipping cost for returning the item(s) sent. Once the returned item(s) are received at the warehouse, then we will be able to process the refund.
If the refund has been requested, it will be sent via the original form of payment for the value of the returned item(s).
- If item has been used - we are unable to provide any refunds OR exchanges.
- Cost of shipping of the returned and/or exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer.
- For all returns, it is highly recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit to us.
- Any refund amount will be less the original shipping cost.
- NO refund or exchanges will be offered on any SALE items.
- All international sales are final.
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us ASAP upon opening your item on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Little Wiwa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
