Little Wiwa® Play Rugs

(i) Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of minds on the Play Rugs once the product or box has been opened.

All of our Play Rugs are vacuum packed individually and once opened from its packaging it will expand to its full size and it wouldn’t be able to be repackaged. We’re happy to assist with your decision, so please ensure you choose carefully and measure your space before opening the package.

If the item remains unopened and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, an exchange may be offered. The customer will be responsible for returning the item at their own expense.

 

Little Wiwa® Play Mats

(i) Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon receiving them. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We only accept returns for exchange only if the item remains unopened and unused. The return will be at the customer’s expense, and the item must be in the original packaging with all original materials included (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box). If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a credit note will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We're happy to assist you with the right choice before purchase. If an order is cancelled at our discretion, a restocking fee of $10.00 per order will apply to cover associated costs.

(ii) Return and Exchange (Due to Manufacturing Fault)

If you’ve recently received your product and discovered a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, please click the link here to complete the Warranty Claim Request form.

[IMPORTANT] Please Read Before Requesting a Return or Exchange

    • We only accept exchanges or returns for change of mind if:

      • The box/product remains unopened and in its original packaging.
        Please ensure you select your design carefully before completing your purchase.

      Return & Exchange Policy:

      • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. Please note that Little Wiwa heavily subsidises shipping fees for deliveries across Australia, so the cost you paid for shipping may differ from the cost to return an item.

      • Used Items: We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been used. Our warehouse team will inspect all returned mats, and if an item has been used, it will be sent back to you.

      • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable courier for all returns, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items in transit.

      • Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to complete the inspection.

      Refund & Store Credit:

      • Once approved, all returns will be issued as store credit for the value of the mat(s) purchased.

      • A cash refund will incur a $10 processing fee, unless the item is defective.

      • Any refund amount will be less the original shipping cost.

      Additional Notes:

      • SALE items are final sale—no refunds or exchanges.

      • All international sales are final.

      • Little Wiwa reserves the right to decline any return request at our discretion and update these terms at any time.

       


CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse the next business day at 7 AM AEST. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is unfortunately too late to cancel.

If your order has not yet been processed, we can issue a refund, minus any transaction fees from PayPal, Afterpay, or other payment providers. Please email support@littlewiwa.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

In some cases, we may not be able to retrieve the item(s) in time. If this happens, the purchaser will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. Once the returned item(s) are received at our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
