RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you change your mind about your purchase, we can certainly offer a refund within 14 days, as long as the product is unused and the packaging is in its original condition (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
- If item has been used - we are unable to provide any refunds OR exchanges.
- Cost of shipping of the returned and/or exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer.
- For all returns, it is highly recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit to us.
- Any refund amount will be less the original shipping cost.
- NO refund or exchange will be offered on any SALE items.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Exchanges require items to be placed in original packaging
- Should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us within 2 days on receiving your item on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once your return is received back at our warehouse, please allow 1 business day for it to be processed/ inspected and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Little Wiwa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
