Due to the oversized and bulky nature of our products, Australia Post is unable to deliver most of our parcels as they exceed the maximum length threshold of 105cm.
🏠 IF YOU ARE NOT HOME / AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery.
If no one is home to sign:

The parcel will be taken to the nearest Depot or Collection Point (Pop Shop).

Please check your Tracking Link on next steps;- you may request for redelivery on another date, or location (at extra cost), or how to collect directly from the Depot/ Collection Point (Pop Shop)
Authority to Leave (ATL)
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification email from the courier when your parcel is onboard for delivery. Within this email, you will have the option to provide Authority to Leave (ATL).
If you choose to provide ATL:

The courier will leave the parcel at your door.

You acknowledge that insurance protection is waived if the parcel is lost or stolen.

Please only select this option if you are confident it is safe to do so.
If there are multiple failed delivery attempts and it is deemed unsafe to leave the parcel at the property, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse for security purposes.
If a parcel is returned to us:

A return freight surcharge will apply.

An additional redelivery fee will be required to resend the parcel.
📮 PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of our packages.
If you have entered a PO Box address, you must notify us immediately.
Orders are dispatched from 8:00am on the next business day. If the parcel has already been dispatched, it may be returned to our warehouse.
If the parcel is returned to us:

A return freight surcharge will apply.

An additional redelivery cost will be required to resend the parcel.
