All Christmas deliveries are now closed*.
*According to most of our Couriers (Couriers Please, Fastway and StarTrack), they are not able to guarantee Christmas deliveries for orders placed after 11th December 2020. Please expect delays during this time. 

Our team has been expediting our normal fulfilment process in December, ensuring that orders are dispatched within 24 hours however once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the Couriers and deliveries/ transit times are out of our control. If your parcel is delayed, you may contact us or the carriers directly to find out the status and the new ETA for your parcel.

Our warehouse is closed between 22 Dec 2020 - 3 January 2021. 
Our team will resume work on the 4th January.
Orders placed between this period will be dispatched from 5th January. 

NEW - Network Delays | NSW Northern Beaches & Greater Sydney Areas

Due to COVID concerns in the NSW Northern Beaches & Greater Sydney areas, please expect service delays. All deliveries to these areas will automatically default to contactless (authority to leave)

We will be working closely with carriers and will provide updates as often as we can. ​Updates will be published to the support article and communicated via email. Your patience is appreciated during this time. 


If Stock is available (please check listings for details), all orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once the orders have been despatched, deliveries will take place Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Transit times differ between areas.  We are not able to provide a specific time for the delivery of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Our packages are oversized and bulky - so we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Transit times may vary for regional locations.

If you wish to have your package left at the front/ back door upon delivery if no one is home, please let us know in the Notes section at Checkout. 


We can deliver Australia-wide. If you can't find your city or town on the product page or at the checkout, contact us on for a delivery quote.  


We currently deliver to New Zealand, USA and some countries in Asia. Please email to request for more info/ pricing at this stage.


Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking ID in your dedicated email address to track the progress of your delivery.
