WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
If Stock is available (please check listings for details), all orders will be processed within 2 business days.
Once the orders have been despatched, deliveries will take place Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Transit times differ between areas. We are not able to provide a specific time for the delivery of your order.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Our packages are oversized and bulky - so we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Transit times may vary for regional locations.
- If you wish to have your package left at the front/ back door upon delivery if no one is home, please let us know in the Notes section at Checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE NOT HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL?
If you have provided an Authority to Leave (ATL), the courier will leave the parcel at your home safely upon delivery. If there has been multiple failed attempts for deliveries and it's not safe to leave the parcel at front of the property, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse for security purposes.
If the parcel is returned, there will be a delivery surcharge back to our site and another re-delivery cost for the parcel to be resent to you.
CAN I SEND TO A PO BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER ADDRESS?
No unfortunately not. As per our shipping notices and order confirmation notices, if you had a Po Box address you need to let us know immediately. If the parcel has been dispatched (8am the next business day), it may be returned to our warehouse. If your parcel is returned to us, there will be a delivery surcharge back to our site and another redelivery cost for the item to be resent to you.

DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this stage. Please check our Stockists page for a stockist near you.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking ID in your dedicated email address to track the progress of your delivery.
