We know you're excited to roll it out and start using it straight away - and trust us, it’s going to become one of the most loved spots in your home.

To ensure your play rug arrives safely, the Little Wiwa® play rug is carefully folded and vacuum-sealed for shipping. So there are a few completely normal things you might notice when you first open it. Nothing to worry about! Just part of the journey before your rug settles into its soft, plush, play-ready state.

Here’s what to expect when your play rug arrives.

When you first unbox your play rug, you may notice:

• Minor or deep temporary creases or compression marks
• The rug feeling flat or thinner than expected
• A slight size difference of 1-2cm 

This is completely normal - these marks appear because the foam has been compressed during transit. 

To help your play rug return to its full plushness, simply unroll it and let it relax naturally over the next few days. As the foam settles and expands with regular use, the play rug will gradually reach and inflate to its intended full 35mm thickness and size and laying completely flat.

Want to smooth creases a little faster?

• Lay a slightly damp cotton tea towel over the area
• Gently iron on low heat, or
• Lightly steam the surface

⚠️ Always avoid direct or high heat, which can damage the rug.
