HERRINGBONE X DUSK (DARK VIVID GREY)

The Herringbone Dusk Play Mat brings a classic herringbone pattern together with a deep, vivid grey for a sophisticated monochrome look. A modern interpretation of timeless patterning, designed for minimalist homes that favour darker, moodier neutrals.

Fit to pave a royalty’s path, the Herringbone collection is a marriage of visually rich and enchanting Herringbone and Chevron patterns, in shades of cool grey. Our Herringbone is a mixture of white and natural grey, with subtle green undertones.

With our great affinity for elegant patterns and soft hues, our intricate Herringbone collection is paired with Dusk on its flip side. Resembling the period of twilight before the sun rises — Dusk is a deep, dark vivid grey, made for lovers of the night sky and all shades of grey.

A grand symbol of prestige and simplicity, the Herringbone is the ultimate sophistication, conveyed onto a Little Wiwa® play mat.

Due to absence of toxic additives to TPU material, an ageing process comes naturally with the mats and you might find fading and discolouration over time with usage. The timeframe of the ageing depends on the factors and conditions the mat is used and placed within. This process may be accelerated due to heat and humid conditions, prolonged direct exposure to sunlight and/or cleaning practices using harsh cleaning agents.Particularly with designs in white/lighter colour palettes, the ageing process may present as a yellowing on the surface and/or edges of mat that have been heat-sealed. This ageing process is not a fault but simply a characteristic of TPU material, and we hope you make an informed decision on the colours that you choose prior to purchase. Please refer to our Product Care instructions for best practise and how to minimise discolouration.

What to Expect When Your Play Mat Arrives

To ensure safe and efficient shipping, your Little Wiwa play mat is rolled tightly and securely packaged.

When you first unbox your mat, it is completely normal to notice:

• Minor creases or curled edges

• The mat may feel firmer from compression

• A slight size difference of 2–3cm when first unrolled

This happens because the foam has been compressed during transit.

Simply unroll the mat and allow it to relax naturally over the next few days. As the foam settles and expands with regular use, the mat will gradually reach its intended size and lie completely flat.

If you notice stronger creases or edges:

Roll the mat in the reverse direction
Secure with the Velcro straps
Leave overnight and then unroll again

This simple step usually resolves any stubborn curling. Here's a videoto help guide you through the Reverse Rolling process.

The best!

My crazy boys are loving the new play rug! And so am I!
We have it set up in our lounge room so it looks like a normal rug, but when the boys decide to practice their gymnastics or see who can jump off the couch the highest, they don't get hurt. It's super soft and compliments the room perfectly :)

Love it

Great for time with the kids

Love this play mat! Recently visited my sister and being able to play on my knees with the kids without getting sore was amazing! It is also very beautiful and looks stylish in the playroom. I’m buying one for myself now too!

Beautiful

We love our Mat. I was a little worried with it being so light in colour but 6 months in and I haven’t had to wash it yet. It’s so comfy. So much more family time with a spot to all be comfortable and have fun.

Great quality

Great size, comfortable to sit on and not a sweaty material compared to cheaper mats.

Great quality mat!

Great quantity mat that was delivered in protective packaging.

Extremely good cushionn

Love it! So much support and cushion.

Beautiful rug

My kids choose to sit on the rug rather than the couch now! It’s great quality.

So happy with our play rug. It is beautiful but also so comfortable. Gives us a lovely space to all play, read and just spend quality time ❤️

Feels amazing

The mat is so soft and plush, my girls are 1 year old and 4 year old. They enjoy playing on it so much. It is also comfortable for an adult to lie down to rest on!
