Below is everything you need to know to get started.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for creators who genuinely align with our brand and aesthetic:

✔️ Ability to create authentic, meaningful connections with your audience

✔️ A strong eye for styling and the ability to showcase products in line with our brand direction

What You’ll Experience

As part of the Little Wiwa® Collab Team, you will:

• Receive Little Wiwa® Play Mats/ Play Rugs

• Experience our products in your own home and share your unique Little Wiwa® world

Optional - Brand Ambassador Opportunity
Top creators may be invited to join our Brand Ambassador program, which includes:

• A personalised discount code for your audience
• Ongoing collaboration opportunities

What You'll Create

To ensure consistency across our brand, we ask that all content aligns with the Mood and Styling direction, please include:

Wide, Styled Shots

• Landscape images showing the mat within the full space
• Portrait images capturing the room and layout
• The play mat/ play rug should always be clearly visible and grounded in the scene

Deliverables (within 30 days of receiving your product):

• Photography

  • A minimum of 10 high-resolution images per design
  • A mix of creative, engaging, and styled visuals
    

  Video Content

  • A minimum of 2 videos / Reels (collaboration tagged posts)
  • The play mat/ play rug must be the clear highlight
    
    

  Content Ideas (for guidance)

  • Nursery or room tours
  • Everyday parenting moments (e.g. a pov/ day in life)
  • Play time goals - baby tummy time or playtime moments
  • Showcasing ease of cleaning and functionality
  • Parenting hacks/ how can the play mat or play rug make parenting easier

  • Styling the play mat in different areas of your home

• Avoid close-ups without context
• Avoid unboxing videos
• No cropped or unclear views of the mat

Lighting & Editing Style

We love content that feels clean, soft, and timeless ✨

• Natural, soft lighting preferred
• Bright, crisp, and modern edits
• No heavy filters or grain

Before You Shoot (Very Important)

Your play mat/ play rug must be fully flattened before capturing any content

This ensures:

• No raised edges
• No curled corners
• No visible creases

👉 Shooting too early = content we can’t use

 

How to Flatten Your Mat

When your play mat arrives, it may need a little time to settle:

Step 1 - Reverse Roll

• Roll the mat in the opposite direction
• Secure with the 3 x Velcro straps provided
• Leave overnight (or up to 48 hours if needed)

Step 2 - Lay Flat

• Unroll and place flat on the floor
• Position curled edges facing downward

Step 3 - Let It Settle

• Allow a few days for the foam to fully reform
• Timing may vary depending on packaging

Safety Notes

To keep your mat in perfect condition:

• Avoid placing under very heavy furniture

Collaboration Requirements

By joining the Little Wiwa® Collab program, you agree to:

• Maintain a public Instagram profile
• Follow our creative and styling guidelines
• Upload all content to your dedicated Dropbox folder (provided within 2 months)
• Post a minimum of:
  • 2 Instagram Reels during the collaboration period

Collaboration duration: Minimum 2 months
(Extensions can be discussed if it’s a great fit 🤍)

Content Usage & Rights

By confirming your participation, you agree to the following:

All content created as part of this collaboration may be used by Little Wiwa® across our marketing channels.

This includes:

• Social media
• Website & email campaigns
• Advertising & promotional materials

Please note:

• Content may be edited as needed
• Content may be used indefinitely
• No additional approvals are required before use

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are contributing voluntarily
• You grant Little Wiwa® full usage rights
• You release Little Wiwa® from any claims related to the use of this content
